Jutawan senyap aka Jutawan songlap

Berita hangat ari ni, sorang pompuan kena penjara 120 tahun (tapi sebab hukuman berjalan serentak, tinggal 7 thn, klu tak silap den la). Ada story kat sini

Baca punya baca, rupanya opis dia kat Rawang (2007). Apasal tak pernah dengar pon? Ni tempat saya bertendang ni. Masa ni saya kerja kat Rawang. Tiap2 malam lepak kat Ali Maju, tak pernah pulak ternampak akak ni (hi hi macam kenal). Rugi pulak tak join, mana lah tau kot2 jadi kaya serta merta. Maklumla, pulangan lumayan hi hi hi. Kalau tak lumayan, tak kan ramai orang join? Lepas tu jadi macam orang-orang kat thread ni  Nauzubillah...

Tapi kira tabik la kat akak ni. Ilmu apa dia pakai ek? Macam mana orang boleh percaya kat dia? Agaknya, bila bukak mulut jer...keluar $$$ kot. Dia collect 100million from 4,000 investors, so kira tiap sorang invest dalam RM25,000 lar - ish ish ish terror tul akak ni promo. Rasanya, dia tak de la PHD ke Master ke..heran heran. Ntah2, dia suku sakat Ayah Pin kot..ater..air basuh kaki Ayah Pin pon orang sanggup minum. Macam mana dia convince orang pon tak tau lah. Personally, saya memang tabik 100% kat manusia macam ni - bukan sebab budaya songsang diorang tapi kepandaiannye menyongsangkan orang lain. Saya selalu terfikir, kalau saya jumpa orang macam ni adakah saya akan 'tergoda' dengan kata2 dia? Setakat ni dapat call adalah.. "Puan nak join usahawan lintah?. Puan invest jer, tak payah jaga lintah, lumayan puan.." Mana dia dapat phone number pun tak tau lah. Nasib baik saya takut lintah, kalau tak, mau join jugak kot :)

Moral of the story - tak de maknanya skim cepat kaya, kalau kaya pon orang yng mula2 join jer..yng kemudian? Kayap.

Problem is a gift?

I've found this in Vikas Malkani's book 'The Yoga of Wealth' which I've picked up during cheap sale in Ampang Point here . Let's see what he wrote about the Gift of Problems;

1. Problems exist. You will always have them. Therefore, do not deny them
if they are there.
2. Problems have a limited lifespan. They will not last forever.
3. Problems contain the seed for greater benefits and growth.
4. Problems change you. For better or for worse, you choose.
5. Problems offer choice as well. You can choose what your problem will do
to you. You cannot choose the problem but you can choose how to react
to it, for this reaction is in your control.

However, things are easier said than done. Almost all motivational books (which I've come across) preached the same things..think positive, be happy even you have problems...

How to be happy if;
*you're being laid off with lots of commitments and you never get hired after attending hundreds of interviews?
*your car broke down in the middle of the road and everybody started to honk and give you all kinds of funny stares?
*your husband or wife is cheating on you?
*your best friends are back stabbing you?
*your customers are running away from you?
*price of goods keep increasing with faster rate compared to your salary increment?
*train broke down when you have important meeting to attend?
*and the list of problems is endless............

So how to be happy and keep smiling???? Just remember one thing..YOU'RE STILL ALIVE!!! because countless numbers of problems are tagging along as long as you live.
